  • 6 cups Spring Mix Lettuce
  • 1 cup Carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Yellow Peppers thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes whole or halved
  • 1 cup Mushrooms thinly sliced
