Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed
  • 1/3 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp. Garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 wonton wrappers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thaw the spinach and squeeze as much water out as possible. I usually do this in the microwave for best results. Put the spinach in a large bowl.
  • Add softened cream cheese, Dijon, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Greek Yogurt, salt, and pepper and minced garlic.
  • Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Lay the wonton wrappers into the muffin cups and allow them to line the cups.
  • Add about 2 tablespoons of the spinach dip to each wonton cup.
  • Garnish with extra Parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-11 minutes until the edges are crunchy.

Air Fryer Instructions

  • These would work in an oven style air fryer that you can fit a muffin tin in. If you have a regular air fryer with a basket, this could be more difficult. Cook at 370 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Since Air Fryers vary, watch these because they can burn easily.
