Healthy Oat Topped Peach Crumble is the perfect way to enjoy summer peaches. A healthy oat crust comes together with sweet summer peaches. Bake in the oven or on your Traeger Grill.

Ingredients
For the Filling
4PeachesPeeled and cut into small wedges
1tsp.Vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2tsp.Cinnamon
1tsp.Cornstarch
For the Crumble
6tbsp.ButterCold and cut into small cubes.
1/2cupFlour
1/2cupOats
1/3cupBrown Sugar
1/2tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
Mix together the ingredients for the filling. Set aside.
Spray 4-8 ounce ramekins or an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer (you can also use a hand mixer and bowl)add the ingredients for the crumble. Mix on medium speed for 3-4 minutes until the mixture comes together. You should be able to press it between your fingers and have it stay together.
Fill each ramekin (or your dish) with the fruit. Top with the oat mixture. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
On Your Traeger Grill
Use Cherry or Apple pellets. Preheat your Traeger to 375 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
You could replace the peaches with apples when they are in season.
