Easiest Sheet Pan Pancakes

These easy sheet pan pancakes rely on a boxed mix and nothing but your creativity!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pancake Mix Krustaez Brand is what I use. Use any complete (just add water) mix.
  • 1 cup Water Depending on brand used, you may need to add more water or mix to achieve batter consistency.

For Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

  • 2 tbsp. Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Optional Glaze

  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Water More to thin out if yours is too thick to drizzle.

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cake pan (or baking sheet) with butter or oil.
  • Mix together the water and pancake mix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.

For Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

  • If you are making cinnamon roll pancakes mix together the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Drop the brown sugar mixture onto the top of the batter and swirl it in using the tip of a knife.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Optional Glaze

  • Mix together water and powdered sugar. Add more sugar or more water to achieve a glaze you can easily drizzle.
