These easy sheet pan pancakes rely on a boxed mix and nothing but your creativity!

- 2 cups Pancake Mix Krustaez Brand is what I use. Use any complete (just add water) mix.
- 1 cup Water Depending on brand used, you may need to add more water or mix to achieve batter consistency.
For Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
- 2 tbsp. Butter melted
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Optional Glaze
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Water More to thin out if yours is too thick to drizzle.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cake pan (or baking sheet) with butter or oil.
Mix together the water and pancake mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
For Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
If you are making cinnamon roll pancakes mix together the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Drop the brown sugar mixture onto the top of the batter and swirl it in using the tip of a knife.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
