Ingredients
1lb.Lean Ground Beef90% Lean or sub ground turkey
1Bell Pepperany color; finely diced
1smallZucchinifinely diced or grated
1smallOnionfinely diced
1tbsp. Chili Powder
1tsp.Cumin
1tsp.Dried Oregano
1tsp.Garlic Powder
1tsp. Paprika
1.5tsp.Salt
1/2tsp.Pepper
1/4 cupwater
1/4 cupSalsa
Instructions
Chop all the vegetables and heat a pan over medium heat. Drizzle about 2 tbsp. of olive oil in the pan and add the ground beef, salt and pepper. Brown the beef.
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef, 1 Bell Pepper, 1 small Zucchini, 1 small Onion, 1.5 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. Pepper
Add in the chili powder, cumin, dried oregano, garlic powder and paprika then stir. Allow the spices to toast up with the meat for 1-2 minutes. Add in 1/4 cup of water and salsa and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Stir the mixture occasionally. If it seems to dry out add a little more water 1 tbsp. at a time. Adjust salt and pepper before serving.
