This super easy, healthy, dairy free tuna salad is a lunch time staple. You only need ingredients from your pantry and about 5 minutes to prepare a fiber and protein packed lunch.
3ouncesTunaI like Wild Planet Brand packed in water.
1/4cupOlivesFinely Chopped.
1/4cupChickpeasRinsed and drained
3tsp. White Wine Vinegar
2tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Instructions
Add tuna to a bowl. Flake it finely. You don't want large chunks.
3 ounces Tuna
Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Taste for salt. Add to your liking. You have to be careful because both tuna, lemon pepper seasoning and olives have salt.
1/4 cup Olives, 1/4 cup Chickpeas, 3 tsp. White Wine Vinegar, 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning, Salt
Serve over greens or with crackers.
This recipe makes one serving, but if you want to double or triple it, you can store it in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
