Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder I use Tone It Up Brand from Target.
  • 1 tbsp. Almond Butter I use Naturally More Brand.
  • 1/2 Banana frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  • Put everything into a blender and blend. Drizzle with a little extra almond butter if you'd like.

Notes

If you don't want to use protein powder, you could add some quick cooking oats and vanilla extract. Add about 3 tbsp. of oats and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract. Blend well, but there will be some texture to the smoothie due to the oats.
