  • 1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats Use certified gluten free if you want these to be truly gluten free.
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Granola Recommended: Purely Elizabeth
  • 1/2 Banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp. Almond Butter Recommended: Naturally More Brand
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon


  • Cook oats according to package instructions. Quick oats work perfectly for this recipe and take only 1 minute.
  • Stir in 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon and the almond milk.
  • Slice the banana and wash your blueberries. Arrange the banana, blueberries, granola, hemp seeds, and almond butter on top. ENJOY.
