  • 1 cup Self- Rising Flour Or 1 Cup All Purpose Flour mixed with 1.5 tsp. Baking Powder and 1/2 tsp. of salt.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. Salted Butter Melted
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for topping

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix together Flour, Greek Yogurt , Mozzarella, and Italian Seasoning until a dough is formed.

  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray. Scoop the rolls onto the parchment lined baking pan. I used an 8x8 baking pan, but really any will work. Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan Cheese.

  4. Spray the tops of the rolls with cooking spray and bake at 400 degrees for 14-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

  5. Stir together the butter and garlic and brush it on the tops of the hot rolls.
