Roasted Almond Butter Banana muffins are made with no refined sugar, banana, hemp seeds, almond butter, and whole grain flour. A perfect healthy muffin.

Ingredients
1 cupWhite Whole Wheat Flour
1tsp.Baking Soda
1tsp.Baking Powder
1tbsp. Ground flax seed
3tbsp.water
1/4cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/3cupRoasted Almond ButterI prefer Naturally More Brand.
4tbsp. Hemp Seeds
2BananasThey should be super ripe.
1tsp.Vanilla extract
1/4cuphoney or maple syrupUse Maple Syrup if Vegan.

Instructions
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
In a small bowl mix together the 1 tbsp. flax seed meal and 3 tbsp. of water. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl mash the 2 bananas, then add in the honey or maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract and almond milk. Add in the flax egg. It should be slightly gelatinous like a real egg.
Fold in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and hemp seeds. Top with Oats and bake for 14-16 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
Notes
Gluten Free- I have not tested this recipe with gluten free flour. When I have baked gluten free muffin recipes, I prefer Bob's Red Mill Brand 1:1 flour. Make sure to watch the cooking time if you try this because I often find gluten free flours to cook quickly.
