- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. I like to cook this on convection. Place your sausage, peppers, and onions on a sheet tray. Add potatoes or sweet potatoes too for a complete meal!
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and then sprinkle over some Oregano
- Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes or until the sausage is 160 degrees internally. I use an instant read meat thermometer.

Ingredients
- 10 Sausage Links I use a combo of mild, hot and sweet
- 2 large Bell Peppers Sliced
- 1 Large Onion Sliced
- 3 Russet or Gold Potatoes Diced into 1.5 inch pieces (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat onion to 400 degrees
