If you figure out where 2017 went, can you let me know?  I feel like I blinked and it was November.  Is this what getting older does to you? As we go into the week before Thanksgiving, I like to eat really clean.  I know that next week will be time for indulgence so it’s good to have a lighter week the week before. Balance, right?  That’s why I’ve titled this week’s meal inspiration post Meal Inspiration Prepping for Thanksgiving.
