My hope is that you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with family. I don’t know about you, but I refuse to eat my turkey in the parking lot of Best Buy while I wait for a $99 lap top.  Thanksgiving is all about the food and that’s my wheel house.  After I have the kitchen put back together, I want to relax.  In my opinion shopping is best done from the couch with a coffee. Cookie is also adorable if you’re a dog lover, which I don’t know why you wouldn’t be 😉

I love appliances that do the work of multiple items. This Cuisinart Toaster Oven is an air fryer, convection oven and toaster oven in one. Talk about making space on the counter.

I got my Echo on prime day. Let me tell you Alexa is a sweet little assistant and the sound quality out of something so small is mind blowing. Imagine you’re out of butter and you just say “Alexa add butter to the shopping list.”  Next time you’re at the store, you pull up your list on the Alexa app and there it is.  No more having to remember to write it down.   This is the tip of the iceberg for what I use Alexa for, but let me tell you that one thing was a selling point as this foodie has a continuous grocery list.

A dutch oven is perfect for that slow cooked roast, sauce, or soup.  I actually prefer to use the dutch oven if I’ll be home and can monitor things.  The results are super tender perfectly cooked food every single time.

The coffee lover in your life will appreciate this. The Chemex has been around for ages and despite all of our advances, it makes the best cup of coffee.  If you or someone you know loves a good rich cup of joe, this is the answer.  I suggest doing a gift basket with their favorite beans and accessories. 😉

I always sing the praises of Rachel Ray’s products.  Her sheet pans are some of my favorite and this crisper pan ensures you won’t have soggy food from the oven any longer.
