Meal Plan Inspiration Week 1 December

December 3, 2017 by Krysten Leave a Comment

Hey hey December.  My December is chock full of holiday parties and big events.  I admit I worked out less than I wanted to last week.  This week it’s all about staying healthy so I am ready for the rush. If that sounds like something you’re after, read on for Meal Plan Inspiration Week 1 December. The first week of December is going to kick off the holiday madness, but let’s not go crazy in the process shall we?

Meal Plan Inspiration Week 1 December – Breakfast

Make ahead healthy breakfast sandwiches. Don’t hit that drive through while running errands.  Make a batch of these on the weekend for grab and go breakfast all week long.

Comfort is key and Chicken Noodle Soup with Zucchini and Corn adds extra veggies to the mix. Feel free to swap out corn for peas, green beans or even some spinach. Use any veggies you like.

Chili Stuffed Poblano Peppers are easily made on the weekend and baked off the day you want to serve them. They are such a yummy lower carb twist on Taco Tuesday.

One Pan Healthy Lasagna Bake – No layering.  No problem.

Crispy Tofu Super Food Fried Rice – While I highly recommend the crispy tofu, beause it’s delicious.  It’s not required. You can add scrambled eggs instead if you please!

Treats are essential and when an event pops up, these Loaded Peanut Butter Cookies are crazy easy.  You are going to love them.
